The Friday in-person portion of the Conference will feature many informative and inspirational sessions, posters, and lightning talks from your colleagues. The program will also include:
- The 2024 Conference Keynote Presentation by Dr. G. Michelle Collins-Sibley, who is a Professor Emerita of English and the former Director of the Africana Studies Program at the University of Mount Union. Dr. Collins-Sibley's talk will take a deep dive into what it means to live in an "Age of Nostalgia" and how education – specifically liberal arts education – may help us negotiate the backlash against cultural change.
