    • Change Management is a difficult topic for anyone, especially libraries. Libraries have been dealing with the many different aspects of change: the bridge between old and new, print and electronic and the decrease in staffing. Wayne State University Libraries has been faced with these exact changes and more. Some have happened in the past, but more recently, changes that have affected its culture.
  • Gwen Evans, Executive Director (OhioLINK)
    • Next generation change is difficult for any organization. OhioLINK is entering its "second generation" on multiple fronts: the leadership and staffing of OhioLINK central has changed, many of the founding OhioLINK libraries' staff and directors have retired; and the leadership of a foundational OhioLINK partner, Innovative Inc., has changed also. What are the implications for OhioLINK central and membership, and what sorts of strategies can organizations use to define and develop a new course?
