Having trouble getting a research or assessment project off the ground? New to research and not sure how to get started?
Advance planning can be the difference between a successful research project and one that fails to live up to your expectations. This workshop, led by Dr. Miriam Matteson and Brittany Brannon, will walk you through the research planning process, from developing an idea to creating a plan for execution.
Through discussion, examples, and peer feedback, participants will develop an existing idea or interest into an actionable research question and set of methods. Participants will learn to anticipate common barriers, manage logistics, and identify strategies and resources to successfully execute their project.
**To get the most out of this workshop, come with an idea, challenge, or topic of interest and be ready for hands-on participation.**
The workshop will be rescheduled due to coronavirus concerns. Registrants and the ALAO community will be notified when an alternative date and location has been established.
