This workshop will focus on how assessment can be used constructively to look at current service models, determine what is working (and what is not), and to think about how to make changes going forward. Featured speakers will be Laurie Willis and Charles Vesei from Baldwin Wallace University who will lead attendees in thinking about revamping the reference desk. Expect to leave this workshop full of ideas about using assessment towards positive and meaningful change!
