Keynote Session – Anastasia Diamond-Ortiz
How does a library decide when to offer something new? What about tweaking existing collections and services? Can a library have it all figured out? Think again. We will discuss data driven innovation processes and decision-making informed by design thinking and how these ideas can benefit the library. Bring a burning question about your library's services or community for discussion.
Anastasia Diamond-Ortiz is a librarian and Director of Strategy and Innovation at Cleveland Public Library focused on helping librarians become more data literate and understand the impact of data on libraries. She has presented on data visualization and measuring outcomes in public libraries.
