Sustainable Libraries Initiative (https://sustainablelibrariesinitiative.org/) will soon launch an Academic Library specific Sustainable Library Certification Program. SLI co-Founder Rebekkah Smith Aldrich, an SLI Advisory Board Member, and Valencia College Librarian  Nardia Cumberbatch will discuss the path for Academic Libraries to work towards building a foundation of sustainable thinking at their organizations. Nardia will share her first-hand experience as one of the first libraries to pilot the SLI's Academic Library Certification Program.
