Support Staff Interest Group (SSIG)
Welcome!
Posted September 29, 2009
Welcome to the new and improved SSIG
The SSIG Committee Members have been hard at work and have decided to offer more than just yearly workshops. We see the need to band together in this economic crunch, so we are going to start a Mentoring Program. If you are new to a position or new to a library this program might be what you need. If you are an established library worker and would like to help, you are what this program needs. Please stop by the SSIG display at the ALAO conference for more information and to sign up.
We’ll be updating the SSIG listserv soon. Look for more information regarding this.
