Come join us as we look at our libraries' services, collections, and electronic resources through the eyes of our users! Experience the challenges as we explore the language and technical barriers that prevent an atmosphere of friendliness. "Seeing the Library through the Patron's Eyes" gives all library personnel, including administrators, faculty, and support staff from all areas of the library an opportunity to participate in developing a customer service approach that meets the library user from the user's point of view. It will provide suggestions, ideas, and approaches to a "shared vision" of service.
