Special Election Results in New Bylaws

112 members voted in the Special Election held online June 1-15, 2011, voting unanimously to adopt new Bylaws in place of the old Constitution. Most significantly, the Bylaws allow ALAO to incorporate as an independent non-profit organization. The process of incorporation will be concluded in the near future; ALAO will retain its affiliation as the Ohio chapter of ACRL [more info in the June President's Report].
